Nerve Pain

Nerve pain, also known as neuralgia, occurs when a nerve becomes damaged, irritated, or compressed. Unlike muscle or joint pain, nerve pain often feels sharp, burning, shooting, electric, or tingling in nature.

Nerve pain can develop for many reasons, including spinal conditions, injuries, surgery, infections, or medical conditions such as diabetes. Symptoms may be constant or intermittent and can significantly affect sleep, mobility, and quality of life.
